These Terms of Use govern your use of QuickShift — Time & Invoices ("the App"), developed by DESI8N (ABN 94 185 764), Toowoomba QLD, Australia. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
QuickShift is a time tracking, project management, and invoicing app designed for freelancers, consultants, and small business owners. All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
QuickShift offers optional Pro features available through a paid subscription:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
A free trial may be offered for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not handle or store payment information.
All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds directly.
All data you enter (work sessions, clients, projects, invoices) is stored locally on your device. We recommend regularly backing up your device via iCloud or iTunes. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other causes.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific purpose. You use the App at your own risk.
QuickShift is a productivity tool. It does not constitute accounting, legal, or financial advice. Always verify invoices and financial records with a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DESI8N shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or business interruption.
We may update the App or these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time. If we do, active paid subscriptions will be honoured until their current billing period ends, subject to Apple's policies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
