Privacy Policy

QuickShift ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by DESI8N (ABN 94 185 764), Toowoomba QLD, Australia. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the QuickShift iOS app.

1. Data Stored on Your Device

QuickShift stores all of your work data locally on your device using an on-device database. This includes:

• Work sessions (dates, times, hours, earnings, notes)
• Clients and projects
• Invoices and line items
• App settings (theme, hourly rate, notifications)

This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers. We have no access to your work records, client names, or financial data.

2. Subscription and Purchase Data

QuickShift offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual) processed through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may collect:

• An anonymous device identifier (no name or email)
• Purchase and subscription history (plan type, status, renewal dates)

This data is used solely to verify your subscription and unlock Pro features. It is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

We never receive or store your payment card details. All payments are processed by Apple.

3. Notifications

If you enable reminders, QuickShift schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device. No notification content is transmitted to our servers.

4. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We do not use any third-party analytics or crash reporting tools beyond what Apple provides through the App Store. We do not track your usage behaviour.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. The only third-party service we use is RevenueCat for subscription management, as described above.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

All app data is stored on your device and can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app or using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings. We have no ability to recover deleted data as we do not store it.

7. Children's Privacy

QuickShift is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
